CleanCart collects and processes food product data, user scan history, and account information to provide and improve our services. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription Services

CleanCart offers free and paid subscription tiers. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Accuracy of Information

CleanCart strives to provide accurate information about food products and additives. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. The application should not be used as the sole source for making health decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

CleanCart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application.
